The = positions will add $1.1 million in salaries to the local economy = annually, said=20 Gene Lambert, BTD sales vice president. A 25,000-square-foot addition = costing=20 $2.3 million will expand the existing 250,000- square-foot facility on = Six Pine=20 Ranch Road. An equipment purchase (a new 800-ton stamping press, a = second=20 1,200-ton press and a scrap removal system) will total about $7.3 = million. Jody=20 Fledderman, BTD president and chief executive officer, noted, = =E2=80=9CBatesville Tool=20 and Die has a long and successful history manufacturing in Indiana.
